The Outreach Program for Soccer, or TOPSoccer, is a community-based recreational program specifically designed to help athletes with physical and mental disabilities participate in soccer. County Line Youth Soccer League has taken part in the TOPSoccer program since 2022, bringing soccer to players who refuse to let their challenges stop them from playing the sport they love. TOPSoccer is an opportunity for the soccer community to come together and make a difference in the lives of all participants.
What Players Will Gain Through TOPSoccer
Social Connection
Participants will engage with their peer volunteer Buddies and fellow teammates in a welcoming group environment, helping them develop respectful and positive social interactions.
Team Spirit
Through soccer drills and games, players build trust in others and experience the value of working together toward a common goal.

Some soccer activities may be challenging, but every athlete will be supported and encouraged to keep going, building persistence and determination.
